Veterans' Services

Veterans’ Services, a program of the Human Services Department, is actively seeking a new Veterans Services Officer (VSO). In the interim, Watertown veterans can reach out to the following entities for support.

• For assistance with VA claims and other federal benefits, please contact a National Service Officer at 617-367-7157.
• For questions related to Chapter 115 and other local benefits/services, please call the Director of Human Services, Jenna Bancroft, at 617-972-6483 ext. 12118 or email Jenna Bancroft.
• For general information and resources for veterans, visit the Executive Office of Veterans Services (EOVS).

*Please note there will not be a VSO on site during this transition period. We encourage you to call ahead so the Human Services team can be available to assist you.
